You're on the money Jim. I really was amazed by the quality of the uStream broadcast. It was the best thing I've seen done there yet. Really a very classy and extremely professional looking job. I've been raving about it as UR and it really showed me some of the potential of this option.

You are a lucky man in many ways. Congratulations on a great FA and on getting to work with such a great group of people.

As much as I make fun of Andy too I think his work this year was amazing. Clearly he has been busy working hard at getting this stuff all together and he doesn't even boast about all the work he has been doing.
I too will have to watch Janet Murray's keynote again, it is so rich I think it will call for another reviewing before I can put into words what I pulled from it. And thanks to Andy I can watch it again, that guy rocks!

Thanks, Jimmy! I'm speechless. Actually, I'm going to hold off on the h.264 version, because of the extra time it takes to encode. Also the quality of the cameras used for the "broadcast" really aren't that high so we'll see if h.264 brings any benefit.

Thanks again for the kind words.
