I think the MPAA focus on college students is similar to the Business Software Alliance or tobacco companies. Influence their behavior while they are still impressionable to have them behave correctly as adults. Most colleges and universities would pass along the costs of any "alternative" to the students via fees the students have to pay. Would you as a parent be happy your kid is forced to pay Napster money to go to college? I wouldn't.</description>
