My special lady friend turned me on to a new web application, and I busted out laughing when I watched her commercial for UMW’s CGPS Writing Center. I needed some joy after yesterday, and as always she delivered. I really can’t wait to get back home—it’s where the heart is.

There are other tools like this out there that I’ve been thinking about playing with once I get some servers and so on. Wonderland and Metaplace are two Virtual world tools. The first is an open source Java project like Second Life. The second is not open source, but looks interesting.
