Living proof that bavatuesdays doesn’t just wax poetic about WordPress. As Rutger Hauer says in Blade Runner: “We’re not robots, Sebastian -we’re physical!”

āReverendā Jim āThe Bavaā Groom, alias āSnake Pliskinā is a charlatan and a fraud, a self-confessed āused car salesmanā clawing his way into the glamour of the education technology keynote circuit via the efforts of his oppressed minions at the University of Mary Washingtonās DTLT and beyond. The monster behind educational time-sink ds106 and still recovering from his bid for hipster stardom with āEdupunkā, Jim spends his days using his dwindling credibility to sell cheap webhosting to gullible undergraduates and getting banned from YouTube for gross piracy.

Beautiful work. As always.
Congrats Jim! She looks great.
She’s a beauty–just like Mom! š
Great shot! Go Jim, be father for a while. You’ll get your WordPress groove back soon enough.
congrats!
Over the top congratulations Jim. I read your post with my four year old boy perched on my lap, who frankly would rather I put up Open Office (he thinks it’s a video game).
Now, will you be able to resist the alluring yet treacherous path of Dadblogging?
She’s wonderful, Jim, and one lucky gal to have such parents. With Captain Miles as a sibling, she’s truly blessed. Will we be reading dispatches from Planet Tess soon? More of Mom’s brinksmanship videos?
I get all teary just looking at that great photo. My very warmest regards and congratulations to both you and Antonella. I hope to be reunited with all of you soon. Must dote on the new ITS-in-waiting!
Thanks everyone!
Tess is the best! She has been giving mom and dad reprieve while we try wrangle with Captain Miles. And to answer your question, Brian, my days as a blogger began here planetmiles.net -it is pretty much where I learned all my WordPress tricks – both a chronicle of time & space as well as my R&D for work.
Tess gives you all a big CIAO, CIAO!
congrats, Jim! Hope you’ve saved up some sleep… So, when does she start blogging?
Jimmy,
Oh my God. I googled you for the hell of it and there you are with a brand new baby. She’s beautiful. I always knew you wouid be a great dad. congratulations! Email me when you get a chance. Would love to catch up. [email protected]
