YOu are dead on, and what is ironic is they actually say “You on the motorcycle” I don’t think they ever say hey you on the bicycle. Nothing like mauling a quote 🙂 You are that good though that it doesn;t really matter! It’s all about the megaphone anyway 🙂
Even more interesting, if you Google Hey you on the bike” this quote actually comes from Back to the Future, which opens up an interest frame for misquotes, serendipity and cultural confusion/conflation 🙂

The megaphone and the color scheme. It doesn’t hurt that I used to have this movie memorized line for line. Definitely top three for me.
