    oh, man do I miss an evening at the drive-in. IIRC, the last flick I saw there – with my parents when I was a kid – was the awesome movie Alligator in 1980.

    This reminds me of being a kid in the late 70s. My dad would take me to the drive in and expose me to life-scarring movies. I remember seeing several Leo Fulci pictures there, and I was 9 years old! But those intermission adverts were exactly what you have up here- not updated since 1960. The food looks so awful- those BBQ sandwiches made me shudder. Great stuff. Thanks for the memories!
