Day 102: Batman and Robin Talking Alarm Clock

The Batman and Robin Alarm Clock is one of those rare appliances that actually might qualify as a toy. In many was it is an iconic image of my childhood when I think about it.  You have your little kid room (which shared with two brothers) and all your stuff that you line up and play with before you go to bed, and while I never really set the alarm (it was unbelievably annoying as you can hear with the YouTube video below), but the frieze of Batman and Robin zooming through my room that decorated the clock still remains a vision of my youth for me and an icon of 70s toys.

I have one of these that Im trying to value but Im turning nothing up on the www?..What do you suppose a collectors value would be for a Batman & Robin Talking Clock??..Cosmetically its in decent shape & when wound up it keeps time acurately..The voice feature doesnt seem to work but if memory serves me correctly this was why it was retired to the shadows of the attic in the first place..The original box is in really good shape as well..For being a modern age of internet Im suprised that I cant find a site that deals with appraisals on items such as this???..

What do you think??.. Have you ever tried to appraise this clock before or do you know of any helpful sites?..

I think you should send it to me for free 🙂 More seriously, I have no idea, but when you find out let me know I am interested in buying it.
